- Why isn't there a price list?
- Every Odoo instance is set up differently, and the modules you actually need vary a lot from one business to the next. Rather than force that into a generic tier, we scope it with you directly and quote accordingly.
- How long does it take to get a quote?
- Tell us which modules you're interested in and roughly how your team is set up, and we'll usually get back to you within a day.
- Is there a setup fee?
- We'll tell you upfront as part of the quote — no surprise charges once you're in.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your tenant database is deleted. Nothing about your Odoo data is retained once a module is turned off and the retention window passes.
- Can I build my own dashboards?
- Yes — Canvas lets you ask a question in plain English and pin the answer to your own board, on top of whatever modules you have active.
